Cool

I put a bid on a Super-8 camera. The auction ended at 5:30 in the morning. I think as many as 4 different bidders bid on the item between 2:30 in the morning right up until the closing of the auction.

Probably most of the bidders were from the U.S. but I don't know for sure. Four different bidders bidding on a Super-8 camera in the wee hours of the morning.

    Bump in the Night

Check out the bid history. I think my contributions to various topics about this camera, (plus featuring it on my website) has added a tiny bit of buzz.

I can't recall ever seeing so many early morning bids on this particular camera before. The seller mentioned it made loud sounds, I hope the winner can get the camera lubed before they use it.

Well, the daytime can be perceived as nighttime in England when it's dark and overcast.

But you didn't check out jimbo's profile, who is also from the UK, which means 4 out of the 5 "late night" bidders were from the UK and actually bidding in the middle of the day.
